Definately a 5-star recipe!
The crust was perfect, neither too crisp nor too soggy, rhubarbs were soft and tasty, cream cheese was rich and creamy and the sour cream-topping added a final touch.
My first banana bread so I'm probably not the best expert but as I couldn't find anything wrong with the recipe (and the result) I give it 5 stars.
Next time I'll reduce the sugar as it was a bit too sweet for me.
It was really good, too sweet for me but next time I'll just reduce the sugar. The cinnamon taste was perfectly in balance with the apples.
