Perfect! Easy to make and turned out amazing. I didn’t have deli ham so I used uncured smoked ham slices. It was harder to roll but once it was seared in the butter they stayed together. All my ingredients were organic/non-gmo with natural-pasture raised smoked pork.

I’m old school and have made these smokies from scratch for years but this recipe has made my permanent recipe file box. I used beef smokies with Polander grape jelly and my homemade BBQ sauce. Excellent!

I was looking for something different in soups. Found this recipe. Made it exactly the way the recipe was written and it turned out fantastic! My husband wasn’t so sure he was going to like it but now he’s asking me to make it again 2 weeks later.
