I did everything the same but before I backed them I rolled them in white sugar with a little brown sugar mixed in and they came out with a nice crackle look instead of smooth and was GREAT!! I made some with out dipping in the sugar and everyone loved the sugar one!!! I love to cook but baking is not my thing but these were easy!! Everyone is flipping out !!

I give it a five star cuz I mixed it up a bit!! I made it the same as the recipe said for the filling but I used the fried taco recipe for the shell (tortilla) and added chopped spring mix lettuce and cheese and came out incredible!! Love the idea of the fried tortillas! Not to crispy and not to soft! U gotta try it!!!
