A fantastic recipe and I used another’s suggestion and boiled my marinade on the stove for ten minutes then diluted a Tbsp of cornstarch before adding it to the marinade, for brushing on the grilled chicken! Superb with a spicy bite to it!

Definitely double up on the spices amounts, and like others have suggested, sour cream goes in 30-60 minutes at the end. I marinated mine overnight so I let it cook a long time on low, about 6 or 7 hours and it still came out very juicy.
