This is a good, basic recipe. I added chicken breast and served this as the main dish - also topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Next time I make this, I am going to add grilled mushrooms to it. I served with Caesar salad. A nice, light dinner.

My husband and I thought this was pretty tasty. Along with the asiago cheese - we also added a bit of goat cheese crumbles. I also throw in some cooked chicken breast.I'll add basil and oregano next time as well. A good - basic recipe to add to.

My husband and I had this tonight and we both loved it! I didn't make any radical changes - used shredded cheddar on top instead of slices. I used brown rice as I always do in rice recipes. I used a good couple shakes of kosher salt and ground peppercorn. In some reviews - the cooks used spaghetti sauce . I stuck with the tomato sauce and it cake out perfectly. I made Caesar salad and crusty cheese bread for the sides, YUM!

Big hit at my house! I served homemade alfredo sauce on top of these noodles. I will be making again!

WOW!!! I printed up this recipe on the 21st of Nov, and I have made it SEVERAL times now. The first time I used peaches. The 2nd time I used cranberry sauce ( oh my goodness! Yummy! My niece's and my favorite! ). The third I used some frozen strawberries and cranberry sauce. The last few times I used apples cooked with sugar and cinnamon. This is my husband's favorite. I add more fruit - I don't measure, just wing it and put in what looks good to me. Also, I add brown sugar on top as well as the white sugar - makes the top crust crispier. I cook longer than the time given to make it more crisp. I do double. The only bad thing is the next day the leftover cobbler does soften, but honestly, it is still delicious. Top with whipped cream and it is heavenly!

Glad I found it!!! My super picky kids liked them - said they like the others better ( the over processed frozen things ). I used new oil. I told them when I make them again..... they will like them even more. I used turkey dogs as they are a little better for them. I will make this recipe many, many times I am sure!
