I would recommend cooking the chicken at least 30 mins longer, it wasn't cooked all the way through. Also I used olive oil instead of butter and it made the skin extra crispy. Load up the tray with lots of veggies to enjoy with your chicken, bon appetite! I would recommend adding an extra cup of oats to really get a better oat texture and flavor, and reducing the chocolate chips to 1 or 1 1/2 cups. A cup of walnuts or a dried fruit with a cup of chocolate chips would be a good middle so the chocolate isn't overpowering.
