This is probably the best strawberry cake I’ve ever had. My little sister was adamant to have strawberry, which I’ve never attempted (mostly because I don’t like strawberry cakes) but this one was delicious and only a little putzy. It’s moist and fluffy, and the gelatin and pureed strawberries really give it a good flavor. I didn’t have cake flour on hand, but I looked up a recipe for substituting it with all-purpose flour and corn starch and it worked just fine. Excellent cake, especially with a good cream cheese frosting

This was the simplest and the best frosting recipe I’ve ever made. It tasted wonderful and it was very creamy. I doubled it to use on 24 cupcakes and there was still some to spare. I confess that I did end up eating a bunch of it plain! I won’t use any other frosting recipes after this one

This was my first sheppards pie and it was quite easy. I really liked how the veggies added a slight sweetness to the savory meat

This was really delicious. We used regular crescent rolls and made two large pans, one with peppers and one without. They were both really yummy. Will definitely make this again.
