This is the second time I have made this dish. I use a dark stout beer and it adds so much flavor. Comes out fork tender each time!

I have found my new gravy for biscuits and gravy. Only thing I did differently was add the copped bacon I cooked up to make the grease. So yummy!!

My kids love meatball subs, so this was the perfect compromise. Easy to assemble and full of flavor. I did not have mozzarellas cheese so I used Italian blend and it was very tasty.
