ChefBeth reviewed Laundrie’s Quiche Lorraine. 12/24/2011
This was really good, everyone ate it up. I only made a few minor tweaks, I sauteed the onions and only used 1 1/2 cups of whipping cream. I used a store bought frozen crust which made this super easy. I also grated the cheese, cooked the bacon and chopped the onion the day before for easy prep in the morning. I did have to bake for 10 minutes longer then the original recipe called for.

These were pretty good, very simple and easy to make on a week night. The whole family loved them and they are pretty good leftover.

ChefBeth reviewed MJWAGNER68’s Slow Cooker Pepper Steak. 05/25/2010
I make this all the time, it is an all time favorite of my families. I don't really change anything, except I add a little extra soy sauce and some fresh garlic.

ChefBeth reviewed Erin Parker’s Slow Cooker Carnitas. 05/01/2010
This recipe is a favorite of my family, they love it. It is so easy. I have made it with a shoulder roast and a butt roast, both are pefect. The only thing that I change is I omit the cimmamon and sometimes I add a can of diced chillies.

ChefBeth reviewed SUEZQZ_64’s Mexican Casserole. 11/20/2009
This was pretty good and easy. I did make a couple of changes. I sauteed onion and garlic first and then instead of cooking chicken, I bought a whole roasted chicken at the grocery store and shredded it up. This was really tasty!
