I roasted eggplant in 350 degree oven about 20-25 minutes instead of microwaving. I didn't fry croquettes; I baked them at 350 degrees 20 min (flipped them at 10 min to cook both sides).

Made as recipe said. Very addicting and scrumptious. Similar to a rice krispie treat made with corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter. I like these better

I don't know if it didn't work for me because my house is cold so the oven temp didn't stay hot after it was shut off or what but this isn't for me. I'm glad it worked so well for others.

I made these for Thanksgiving and ended up bringing almost the whole pan back. Only 4 got eaten. The sweetened condensed milk stayed runny and the crescent rolls just didn't work with this in my opinion. I much prefer the 7 layer cookie.

I used Brownberry Health Nut whole grain bread to toast...delicious and healthy. The sandwich didn't taste a lot different to me than any other BLT since I couldn't really taste the guacamole and I often put cream cheese on a sandwich so that was no different. Next time I'll try more guac and see if that brings out the flavor. It was quite delicious as is any BLT.
