Butter Cake Recipe.
I haven't tasted this recipe yet, so I cannot comment on the flavor of the cake itself. However, the example photos do not match the description of the recipe steps. If you plan to make this in a standard Bundt pan, you will need to at least double the recipe. I did not know this because it doesn't say this anywhere in this recipe, And I was highly disappointed by the results.. it barely rose to halfway up the bundt pan. I always cream my butter and sugar for at least 5 minutes. I'm hopeful that it will taste good, but I'm not happy with the immediate result.

Instant Pot Corned Beef Recipe.
Wow! This was by far, one of the BEST corned beefs we have ever had. I used beef stock instead of water and beer for the liquids, and it came out so flavorful and juicy. I will never cook this any other way!
