This was delicious. The only thing I did different was to use fresh Italian sausage (which is all I could find at my store) that I cooked before putting it into the shells. Other than that, followed the recipe as written. Definitely a huge hit with my hubby and will be made frequently, as it was super easy to throw together.
Oh my, these are awesome. I am making a batch as I type this and the first batch to come out were delicious. I am wishing I had some milk. I used 1 tsp of peppermint extract instead of the vanilla (as was suggested in the video). If you use the peppermint, make sure you only use 1 tsp as that was the perfect amount. More than that would have been too much. Definitely going into my cookie rotation.

I made these the other day and they were a HUGE hit! I think I actually liked them more after a couple days because my cookie got softer and chewier. I used a zippy bag to put the chocolate into the center and it worked perfect (just don't cut the hole too big). Thanks for the delicious cookie recipe!
As written, it was just OK. For me, the onions should be cooked before, not added in raw. The second time I made it with the cooked onion and it was much better. Also, if you are going to review a recipe, give it the stars it deserves AS WRITTEN. Don't give it 5 stars after you made massive changes to it.
It was tasty but was lacking something. My second try, I added a bunch of garlic, worcestershire sauce, and used a can of tomato basil soup, instead of the tomato sauce.
Just made this today and it was delicious! After 2 bites, hubby said "you can make this again". People commenting on cooking the bacon first, that is what the recipe calls for. 1 lb of COOKED bacon.
