I juiced some watercress and parsley along with the veggies. Otherwise, I followed the recipe. My fresh tomatoes were pretty sweet so I adjusted sugar accordingly. I will also add less salt next time, but that's just me. A very flavorful juice, but it does separate easily so something to consider when serving. Separating is the one thing I wasn't wild about. I used a celery stick to stir. If you're going to 'can' this you need to increase the amount, doesn't make a lot. I measured the horseradish precisely.

I was apprehensive to add a tb. brandy but took the plunge anyway. Really the alcohol flavor cooked out greatly, was a tasty sauce especially on icecream. I might add a touch more brandy next time who knows.

Nanby reviewed QUIKSMYLE’s Blue Cheese Burgers Recipe. 07/06/2015

Several years ago, I had my first blue cheese burger at a big-timber restaurant in Seattle, Wa. Being very hungry that day, I decided upon this type burger and was hooked by its' lusicious flavors. This is a wonderful recipe and brought me back there. I added crisp bacon on top. Was a perfect burger to celebrate the 4th with. Thanks!
