Edit the ingredients a little but otherwise followed the directions! My ingredients: Ground beef Seasonings listed& garlic Cream of mushroom soup Beef broth ( filled with can of cream soup) BIG squirt of sour cream 1 pack of cream cheese Worcestershire sauce Penne pasta! My family doesn't really like mushrooms so I didn’t add those. There was no need for flour. It was the perfect consistency!
