Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas.
This is my new fave quesadilla recipe! I love it. I added zucchini, red pepper, cilantro, cumin, garlic and onion powder, and salt. I used soft taco size tortillas and folded them in half instead of using two, and frozen corn, shredded mexican cheese, omitted the pepper flakes. Then I cooked them on my panini grill. They weren't messy for me. I will be making these more often!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips Recipe.
Its looks so good in the picture but I am disappointed. I already couldn't understand what the sugar was for because its all fresh fruit that already has sugar. So I used less sugar in mine. Even with less sugar it's way too sweet. I wish I had used none at all. I didn't even want to make the chips because it would be more sugar.
