I did 6x2 round pan instead. I used smaller portions of what it said to use and did a 2 serving size. I could of gotten way with 4 to 5 serving size. I also add my own touch by putting vanilla whipping frosting on top with chocolate chips and pecons on top with a drizzle of chocolate. It is so good it tease like a cookie but springy like a cake.
Boyfriend said it taste good but even fallowing the directions about greasing and flouring my pans the bottoms still sticked and part of the bottom came off. I was very upset about that and can't figure out why it did that. My pans are even nonstick pans never had that problem.

I have made this few times and my family my boyfriend his daughter all love it. And my boyfriend's daughter is a very very picky rather. I always add more garlic than it ask for and bread crumbs and cheese. If you don't have Italian bread crumbs just take plan bread crumbs and Italian season mix it together then there go. Also you dont have to use virgin olive oil you can also use vegetable oil or canola oil which works just as well.
