AMAZING!!! I loved it and so did my dinner guest! Like everyone else, I tweaked the recipe a bit. Instead of regular russet potatoes I used red potatoes (always my favorite!). I also used Kale instead of spinach like everyone else was suggesting and it came out perfect and still had some texture! Instead of using mild sausage I used spicy sausage which gave it a little kick! Fabulous and Im definitely making it again!

This was hearty and delicious! I went about cooking it a different way. I melted the butter with some minced garlic then added cubed chicken. I sprinkled salts, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, thyme, and a little Cayenne to add a special after kick! After the meat was done I added a chopped up Portobello mushroom and and 1 bag of chopped babyshpinach. Tossed spinach and mushrooms around with the chicken coating all of it in the juices. I then added the remaining ingredients plus about a half a box of cooked broken pasta. Stirred it all together, pored it in a dish, added cheese to top and baked until golden brown...AWESOME!! Definitely making it again!

LOVED IT! Followed the recipe almost exactly! Something I usually don't do! The only thing I didn't add was onion powder..but that's because I didn't have any. It had a perfect amount of spice with a slight tingy tangy (from the lime)..I also put a lid on the pan while cooking to keep the chicken extra moist :). I served white rice w/lime and cilantro as the starch (one of my favorite ways to add more life to rice) . After 6 hours at school this was quick and easy to make! LOVE IT!

LOVED IT! I Didn't cook it on the grill cause honestly I was just too lazy to go outside and it was too cold. Sooo I pan seared it. I set the oven to 400 degrees and let it pre heat while cooking the chicken. I coated the chicken in some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and some Italian seasoning. I then placed the chicken on a baking pan and put the mixture and Parmesan cheese on top and baked it until slightly golden brown on top, which was appx 10 minutes...PERFECT AND EASY!
