1/4 tbs Celery seed adds a extra taste

I recommend adding a teaspoonful of cumin to the ground beef while cooking it adds a south of the border flavor

Swedish pancake is Not Crepe the result is similar but the texture is different and the taste is different Swedish is thicker and more flavorful.

I used all ground beef and as diabetics are eating I only used crust on top and sweetened with erythrotal came ou great
