Super easy, Super delicious and Super impressive given as a gift. The only thing is you MUST stir the nuts every 15 min. otherwise they clump up and don't get that delicious roasted flavor infused throughout the nut. I used almonds that were already roasted and a little salted. I also swapped out vanilla extract for the water. Again I loved this recipe and will make it again and again.

These delicious muffins were a huge hit. Moist, rich, and just the right amount of chocolate goodness. Easy to put together. I only had 4 eggs and they still came out firm. Yummy muffins, this recipe is a keeper!

Great, easy recipe. I added raisins and half a teaspoon of nutmeg to give just a touch of warmth. Served with vanilla ice cream made a delicious dessert to share. I've made it twice in 3 days to take to friend's house.
