Banana Crumb Muffins.
A keeper!
Easy to follow
Easy to make, delicious results. I didnt have any baking soda so my rise got messed up a little bit, but they were still just as delicious. I took everyones advice regarding using 1/2c white sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar. I like my crumble a little chunkier and more “wet” so I used 2 tbs of butter and played with the ratio until I got a mixture that formed together but crumbled apart fairly still. Like a less wet playdoh. This recipe is a keeper though! I also opted to do a simple glaze on top with some lemon emulsion. Finally, I baked at 350 for about 24 min. Made 11 muffins! Make it yall!
