I made this and served it with shrimp and crab ponchotrain sauce. So delish. If I make it again I’d reduce the amount of lemon. It was tarter than I would like especially with the cream sauce roux

Followed recipe to a t and it turned out perfectly. Mixed it with fried breaded shrimp. Didn’t have orange marmalade and used peach instead. Just as delicious
Followed recipe to the t and it was exceptional. I mixed it with coconut shrimp.
