This is a really tasty marinade! Instead of skewering the whole chicken pieces, we cut them into smaller chunks and skewered them with Compari tomatoes, sweet peppers, and onions. Super delicious!?

This was a big hit with our family. I was a bit generous when measuring out the spices because of comments that it didn’t have enough flavor.

What a great way to use up extra cereal! I made a half recipe, and also reduced the sugar to about 3/4 of a cup (which would be 1 1/2 cup for the full recipe). I added an extra egg and substituted milk for water to increase the protein content a little.? Also, I used 1/4 cup scoops rather than 1/2 c. I think they’re much easier to handle at this size.?

Our family loves this pie so much that we use this recipe to make chocolate pudding. Sometimes we add a little bit of cinnamon and just a hint of chili powder to add a depth of flavor.
