I’ve made this recipe at least 6 times now, I love it. I made some changes and have created a perfect Zucchini bread. 1st I use coconut oil, I also add an avocado and I use 1 and 1/2 cups of walnuts that I break down in my food processor. I’m generous with my zucchini using 2 large or 3 small zucchini’s, I don’t even measure amount, but again I use food processor to shred. Also I add 1 tablespoon of pumpkin spice and lastly about 10 pitted dates cut into pieces.Oh and I cover with walnut pieces baking.

Messed up recipe and it still came out great. 1st attempt at pizza dough, easy I highly recommend it for ease of making and nice thin and crispy crust.
