This was delicious. You could easily cut the recipe in half. I used fresh mushrooms instead of canned. I also lightly floured my pork before browning and cooked about 2 hours at 350. I will serve this again
First time making a cake that wasn’t from a box! It was delicious. I didn’t have any pecans so I substituted walnuts and almonds. I also toasted them before I put them in the batter.
