Absolutely the BEST!We have several local Greek restaurants in town and this recipe, by far, out-tastes them all. These combined with some chicken/pork/lamb souvlaki (from allrecipes) and a traditional Greek Salad feeds and delights a room full of guests at a fraction of the price!Since I discovered how easy it was to make such a fantastic meal, I no longer have the 'hankering' to run out for dinner, but rather, have a fine dining experience right in the comfort of our home ;-)

Easy Sheet Pan Greek Chicken.
Excellent quick recipe for when you are in a hurry but want 'better than restaurant quality' cuisine!
I added LOTS more garlic and lemon and then marinated it for 5 hours in a sealed bag in the fridge. Bake time was 45 minutes...Awesome results ;-)
Next time, I will add some feta to the recipe to bake in some more flavor.
