This is a quick and simple recipe to make and is very light and delicious!!

I just made these biscuits for dinner and it made about 30. There's only a dozen left and it was just my husband and I. It's definitely a keeper! He thought they were much better than the baking soda biscuits I usually make. I'm a "make do" cook, so use what's on hand. I had to use regular milk thickened with a little lemon juice.. and I used all white flour. It didn't hurt the recipe at all!!

I loved this recipe. It's not only easy to make, but easy to adjust to what's on hand. My husband is a baking "expert" and when he tested them he said this recipe is definitely a keeper! :-)
