Followed recipe to a T, they came out perfectly delish! I preheated my oven to 400 then reduced down to 350 while baking and moved my oven rack to the top 2nd row while baking. Will try them again with a twist of peppermint. Thanks for the comments they are so helpful! Bake on Bakers!

This is a good recipe with two tweaks, I used 2 tablespoons cider vinegar and one can corned beef. The vinegar truly breaks down the corned beef. My son didn’t care for the texture of the corned beef. Although there was no taste difference. I was nervous about using the vinegar. Also used less onion, my son loves onion so I’ll use more next time. Will make again.

So I added purple cabbage, matchstick carrots, toasted slivered almonds, rotisserie chicken, mandarin oranges and romaine hearts, sesame seeds and I used angel hair rice noodles and deep fried them and they up puffed in 2 seconds, set them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil, they came out bomb! I also used less veg oil in dressing, super yummy ! My son loved this salad. Bon appetite!
