these are very good! the pancakes stayed together nicely unlike 90% of Paleo pancake recipes. I used black cocoa powder with made the pancakes very dark, but gives it a deep rich cocoa flavor :). yum!!!

perfect breakfast taco! I used regular pork bacon and flour tortillas. didn't have the sour cream but I did have the salsa, yummy!!

Mad exactly as written and it was wonderful! I was out of heavy cream so I loved that I found this recipe using cream cheese and milk. Worked beautifully and taste great :)
