My kids and husband loved it. The only thing I did differently was used enchilada sauce instead of tomato sauce because it's what I had on hand. Will make again!!!

Good recipe and everyone loved it. I used white cake mix because that's what I had on hand. I also sprinkled cinnamon on the peaches. Taste great!

It was a nice and easy dish. I cooked it exactly as listed but I did add black beans with about 30 minutes left to cook. I served it with cornbread!

This taste pretty good but I think it was kinda dry. It needs some type of sauce or gravy. I didnt not microwave anything instead I sauteed them. I boiled my potatoes seperately.
