This recipe was great! for they can of diced tomatoes I had to substitute it with diced tomatoes with green chilies in it. I used a 10 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies. I used 16 ounces of tomato sauce, I added a few ingredients when making my tomato mixture. I used a teaspoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoon of brown sugar 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce to the tomato sauce mixture. Thank you for the recipe! I will definitely make it again!

Excellent Meal! I used 1 can of beef broth in place of the water & 2 cans of cream of mushroom. Before serving I cooked egg noodles and added them to the beef mixture. This was so easy & excellent. It was a huge hit with my picky family. Thanks for the recipe.

Instead of saltine used stove top-chicken Didn’t use 3/4 c milk-used about 1/4 Didn’t use ginger -spices in stove top I used 2 pounds hamburger Salt pepper garlic powder and dash onio powder I used about 1/4 c diced onion I didn’t measure brown sugar. u can modify it to your taste. great recipe! My whole family loved it. I cooked my chicken breast in the crock pot with some chicken broth. I used 2 lbs of chicken. I used a whole sweet onion & 4 cloves of garlic. I cut the cinnamon down to 1/4 tsp. When I was done with everything I loaded up the flour tortillas with the beans and chicken mixture, I sprinkled a little taco cheese on them and wrapped them. I didnt puree my chicken mixture and it was still perfect. We did freze the rest of the chimichangas. Thanks Again!

I was a little skeptical but I did try this recipe with only a few changes. After I cut up my apples I sprinkled them with brown sugar & cinnamon. I used 3/4 c of white sugar and 1/4 c of brown sugar and dissolved into the butter, this was Excellent & very EASY! Thank you my whole family loved them even my picky husband. Oh & I seen someone commented about it not tasting right bc of the crescent rolls, I believe if you are using Original & not Butter crescent rolls it is absolutley PERFECT! Thanksa Again! :)

I give this a 5 star b/c it is a very good recipe. I made a few alterations to flavor it up a bit. I cooked my chicken the night b4 in my crockpot for 5 hrs. When I made the chicken I used a packet of Italian seasoning on it and I put a can of chicken stock in the crockpot. I diced up a sweet onion, green, & red peppers & sauted them. I added that with the shredded chicken. The next day I did the rest in the morning so it was ready to throw in the oven. Very yummy! Thanks!
