Excellent recipe. I halved it and added half cup of chopped pecans. That made 24 nice sized cookies. They are nice light, chewy, flavorful cookies. The pecans added some crunch.
I made this in 18 standard size muffin cups and baked for 20 minutes. They are delicious. I used Avocado oil for the vegetable oil. Other than that I did not change a thing.
