Banana Pumpkin Bread.
This bread is so delicious! As many reviewers stated, there is an issue with the cooking time, which is easily rectified. I followed the recipe exactly as stated, but after 45 minutes it was still gooey in the center. So I covered the bread with foil to prevent over browning, and continued baking for another 15 minutes. Came out perfect. It's even better the next day!

Graham Cracker Crust.
I made this as written for a pumpkin pie. It was so easy to make, and so much more delicious than store bought pie shells! It also came out of the pie plate perfectly, and not crumbly like other crusts.

A Simply Perfect Roast Turkey.

My turkey came out amazing! Very juicy and golden brown. I rubbed some butter under the skin, but other than that followed the recipe to a T. My 19 lb turkey (only stuffed with an onion and garlic) took 3 hours and 45 minutes. This will be my go to turkey recipe from now on!

Apple Crumble Pie.
This pie is amazing. My husband is an apple pie aficionado, and he said this is his new favorite recipe. I took the advice of other reviewers and substituted half brown sugar for the white sugars. I also added 3 tbs of flour to the sugar/cinnamon mixture (which i mixed in a bowl with the apples instead of sprinkling on top) which kept the pie from being runny. So good!

Roast Chicken with Rosemary.
I've made this several times and it is so delicious! I put half a lemon, quartered onion and crushed garlic inside the cavity. Then on the outside I rub olive oil and lemon juice all over the chicken, and sprinkle salt, ground pepper and rosemary. Make sure to let the chicken rest for 10-15 min after cooking or you'll lose the juices when carving :)
