I had more strawberries than rhubarb but it turned out excellent! Nice and moist! I think you could easily substitute any kind of berry.

I cooked beans in chicken broth and used less butter and whipped cream. Had some left over spiral ham I diced up. Delicious! There was none left! Must make more!
