Great recipe! I decided to treat them like cinnamon sugar donut holes so I used 3/4 stick of melted butter and rolled the entire muffin in it. Then I placed twice as much of the cinnamon sugar mixture in a paper bag. After rolling the muffins in the butter, I placed them in the bag and shook cinnamon sugar in them. In addition, I made a powdered sugar glaze for dipping. Just a few more calories, but it was quite the decadent treat.
