Tasty, but the breading is completely unnecessary. So is the egg. Just fry the stuffing balls as is.

Chocolate Crinkle Cookies.
These are my absolute favorite cookie. Very much like a brownie...but not. I refridgerate the dough till firm, then I roll the balls. I freeze the balls before I roll in sugar and bake. DELISH!

Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp Recipe.
Delicious. I did double the filling and cooked it for an additional ten minutes. I think next time I would add just a bit less sugar. It was "in your face" sweet.
