This salad is restaurant quality. It is absolutely fabulous. I made Chef John’s sherry braised short ribs with rustic mashed potatoes and wanted something light and fresh using a good squash. Holy cow, this salad hit it out of the park and scored a grand slam! If you’re cooking a meal that is on the heavier side, this salad compliments absolutely perfectly! Don’t scrimp on the seasonings…spend the money for the Garam Masala….it is so bleeping worth it!!!! Great job!! I will use this for holidays and pass it to friends. (I’m looking forward to eating it after my workout tomorrow morning!!! ??)
This recipe is absolutely perfect. I didn’t change a thing and my teens and 4 yo loved it! I used to make this years ago and blend it up when my little one was a baby...he couldn’t get enough. I found it in my recipe box and couldn’t wait to make it again! It’s awesome! Yes, definitely prep your veggies ahead and be ready to ‘go!’ It’s worth it....sooooooo worth it!!
Fabulous - I chose this recipe to help stretch my beef a little further as i only had one pound, and it was great. I did add an egg to the mixture to help with binding everything together and am so glad I did. I’m sure if I’d had 2 lbs I wouldn’t have needed it but it really did help. My 2 teenaged boys with giant appetites, loved this recipe. Will definitely make again
Very good...used Rotisserie chicken and rolling pin to roll out the biscuits. My boys loved them and want one in their lunch instead of a sandwich! Great recipe

Great recipe and suggestions. I followed the ingredients and as others suggested, added sliced onion and fresh garlic. Browned and baked at 400 with potatoes for 30 mins. Uncovered for 5 mins. Served with steamed green beans, tossed with butter and toasted almonds. The kids and hubby loved it. Usually pork is so dry and this was perfect. Thank you!!
