Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2lbs small potatoes

  • Salt

  • Bacon

  • Cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Boiled potatoes in heavily salted water until tender (approx 25 mins). Drain potatoes. Preheat oven to 450. Put potatoes evenly spaced on cookie sheet. Smash gently with potato masher. Drizzle with olive oil. Season heavily with garlic and onion powder. Salt and pepper. Bake 15 mins. Remove, flip, season again. Heavy on garlic powder. Bake another 15 mins. Remove. Sprinkle with bacon bits and cheddar cheese and put in oven about 3 mins to melt cheese. Serve with sour cream.
