  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats

  • 1 container Greek yogurt or 1/2 cup skim milk

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 packet Splenda

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. Top with assorted things.
