I followed the recipe, except for using brown sugar instead of granulated. I also lined the loaf pan with parchment paper that I lightly sprayed with olive oil. I sprinkled turbinado sugar in the pan before following the rest of the recipe. I also sprinkled turbinado sugar on top before baking. Tasty. Thank you chef!

This was delicious and very easy to make. I didn’t have Marsala, so I had to substitute with cooking Sherry. This is definitely a keeper.

I baked this yesterday and it was fantastic and super easy to make. I used parchment paper to line the loaf pan sprayed with olive oil. I also sprinkled a tablespoon of granulated sugar on the olive oil before adding the batter and cinnamon swirl. So good. Thank you Bettina!
