This is a great supplement to the rosemary roasted turkey. I add all the flavors to the brine and the turkey comes out perfect!!

By far one of the best turkeys I have ever had. I brined my turkey with the ingredients and then roasted with another batch of the ingredients. I also roasted the bird upside down so that the white meat didn't dry out. My family 1year later is still talking about it. Great recipe. Thanks for sharing.
