Decorator Frosting.
This is yummy sweet and stiff enough to decorate. If you chill it it has a hard texture so that it doesn't rub off on other cookies.

Gingerbread Cookies.
These cookies are wonderfly soft and very spicy. I would recommend cutting the cookies thicker. If you cut them thin they burn or come out hard. The thicker cut cookies come out soft and wonderful. You will have to kneed some extra flour into the batter after chilling, but the cookies will still come out soft!

This was amazing! I made it for thanksgiving and it was just wonderful. I did add cornstarch/water mixture to thicken it.
