Excellent and easy. After the 45 minute knead cycle I simply pressed it into the 12 inch pizza pan, making sure to add the “lips” around and put pizza sauce in the center and spread it evenly, I added roasted garlic pepper, garlic salt, onion powder and chives to the pizza sauce with Parmesan cheese, then Mozzarella cheese and Fiesta cheese blend. Then black olives, beef, pepperoni and mushrooms. I baked mine a little longer and then broiled on high for maybe two minutes. Oh my, fantastic.

I have done this recipe 8 times, awesome and the kids like them. The egg white really secures the browning of them. Make sure u add liquid and butter first, then dry ingredients and make that little pocket for the 1.5 teaspoons of the yeast. Success every time.
