Very tasty and easy to make. I think its very important not to completely change a receipe and wonder why it doest work! try it as written, and then decide if you want to make modifications.
I did this early for a pre trial for Christmas, and will be making it again for the Holidays.

Homemade Refrigerator Pickles
excellent!!! takes no time at all, and the directions are perfect! wanted a little kick to the sweetness, so i put in some peppercorns and some red pepper flakes.

I didn't care for these. they were kind of bland, and the texture was off, because the batter did not stay on the hotdog.

Canadian Apple Pie
Excellent!! I used the convection setting on the oven, and I ended up cooking it another 30 minutes.
It came out perfect, nice and firm.
great taste, not overly sweet.
