Family loved it. I used a tsp of our favorite Italian seasoning instead of the recommended seasonings and 75% browned the beef first, because I didn’t want to touch the raw beef. That’s just me. Great recipe and will make again. So good and easy!

I had to bake it for 90 minutes in the 2 loaf pans and they were still a bit underdone. There was too much moisture, it made for too much batter and it was hard to judge doneness because you can't do a good toothpick test with all the chips in it. Seems that 5 bananas would have been plenty to fill the pans and cook properly. Still great tasting loaves tho, just too much batter.

I love love LOVE this recipe! Much cheaper than the store version, and it's my "old standby" when I have guests coming in and don't know exactly when they'll be pulling in. ***I have found that I don't need the full baking time to get the chickens up to temperature, they tend to fall apart on me if I use the full time.*** EASY EASY EASY and impressive!
