I have made these cinnamon rolls many times. Each time I get many positive comments. Those who are disappointed in the recipe, I’d say make sure you use the 1 cup of milk and 1/4 c. of water and use bread flour. It does make a difference! I’ve even used butterscotch pudding in these rolls because I didn’t have vanilla . They were still delicious! Today I’m making them with cook and serve pudding because that’s all I.had. We’ll see! Happy baking everyone!
This recipe for baked apples couldn’t be easier! I used Fuji apples because I had them on hand. It was delicious and filled the house with the wonderful autumn smells! I will use this recipe often!

I followed the recipe ingredients but I used a little different method. I used my pressure pot and sautéd the sausage and potatoes until slightly browned. I added the other veggies, broth, and water and pressurized it all for 2 minutes before adding the soup. I kept the pot on low until we were ready to eat. It was so delicious and the family loved it! It’s a keeper!

I made the Milanese Chicken today exactly as written. It was delicious. I served it over lightly sauced angel hair pasta. It went well with green bean almondine and bread sticks. I will definitely make it again perhaps for guests.
We really liked the candied carrots! My two grandsons even fought to see who would get to finish the leftovers! My only suggestion is to cut down on the cooking time a bit. Instead of 15 minutes, I’d say 9 min. would be best. We like them fairly firm. Thanks for a delicious and simple recipe.
We love this recipe with chicken thighs! I halved the sauce recipe because I only had four thighs. I dipped the thighs in the sauce, baked uncovered for 30 minutes, turned them then basted them during the last half hour.Delish!
