We all liked it, even our young son. Made as written and no need to change. I think that the dressing and barbecue sauce you select for this recipe will make all the difference in the taste. We used Stubbs original sauce, which is our favorite, and it worked well. Helpful (0) Stuffed Pork Chops III 08/28/2016 We all loved these pork chops, even my picky 8 year old. Made almost as written, except I sauteed the onions and added a little marsala to the beef broth. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to simmer covered or uncovered, so I covered for all but the last 5 mins. Pork was very tender and the flavor was fantastic. The coating stayed on the chicken very well, and it came out crispy with the chicken being tender. I did not have buttermilk so I subbed buttermilk ranch dressing, but other than that I followed the recipe as written. Great dipped in ranch or buffalo sauce. The flavor was nice, a little bit of spice from the chili powder went well with the sweeter honey flavor. I only had time to marinade for 2 hours, and I saved a small amount of sauce to baste while grilling. Thanks for sharing this recipe. Helpful (0) Guinness Irish Stew 07/12/2015 My husband made this for dinner, wanting to use up stew meat we had on hand. It turned out really good, 4 stars the first night, and even better the next night! He followed the recipe pretty closely, except we didn't have potatoes so we served over rice. He really liked it that way as the broth soaked into the rice. Thanks for sharing a comforting dish, we will make this again. Helpful (1) Oven Fried Chicken III 07/12/2015 Made the recipe exactly as written. The chicken turned out tender, but the breading did not stick to the chicken. My husband thought it tasted good but our son and I didn't love it. It was salty and the thyme flavor was strong. If I were to try making it again I would use different spices and less salt.
