A keeper! Great flavors Easy to follow Worth the effort
The recipe was easy to follow and easy to adjust to make it my own. I added Italian dry herbs to the dry mix. I substituted the brown sugar with my favorite barbecue sauce. It was delicious!

OK with tweaks Might try again
I enjoyed it. It was simple and clear to follow. My only changes were rinsing off the beans before using them and less than a cup of coconut milk to adjust for members of my household. It was still good enough for me to consider making it for the next church potluck.

Trudy reviewed Judy Diercks OReilly’s Bourbon Street Rib-Eye Steak Recipe. 04/12/2020
I followed the recipe to the fullest. The difference being, I baked it in the oven for one hour covered at 400°. I removed the foil, flipped the steaks over and cooked uncovered for an additional 40 minutes. I like my meat well done and no pink. I enjoyed the flavor.

I added my own seasonings and marinade. It had great flavor and color but the meat was dry. I did try to baste turkey because during cooking because I knew the pieces were bigger than recipe called for but that was the only flaw. I will try it again.
