Great cake! I did add only one cup of canola oil to the mixture vs the 1 1/2 cups called for in the recipe. The cake came out very moist. Topped with cream cheese icing. Outstanding. I will make this again - great way to use up zucchini from the garden. My 88 year old mother asked to take some home - that's how good it was....thanks for sharing.
I made the recipe as written - using the adobo seasoning recipe on this site. Everyone loved it. I had to make a second batch because my son ate all the left overs before anyone else could have some. This is a keeper. Thanks for sharing.
Made this recipe as written (less the lemon peel). Everyone loved it. The cake was still moist even after a few days. Icing could be used in a variety of cake recipes. This is a keeper.

I made two batches of this sauce on two different occasions. Both turned out excellent - with rave reviews from the family. I won't go back to store bought sauce. In the second batch I added in some hot peppers from the garden and it added some 'zing' to the sauce. I also added in 2 tbsp of brown sugar to the second batch (approximately 10 cups of sauce) - really added nicely to the sauce. I used it to make lasagna the next night. Wow!!

Made the recipe as written - but it came out very bland. I ended up adding alot more BBQ sauce and spice. I don't think I will make this again.
