I had to try this recipe! And I am glad I did! I followed the recipe as written— the first time I’ve used the LorAnn Butter Emulsion Vanilla. Delicious cookies that kept their shape. From one batch and a half I got 31 4x3 gingerbread men (reindeer when turned upside down) cookies. And from half a batch I got 24 3 x 3 snowflakes. Thanks so much for your recipe, Lorraine! Yum!!
Since my hubby loves peperoncinis, I decided to make this easy dish. I served it with buttered calrose rice and he was a happy camper. Thanks for the idea of this recipe!
I made six types of cookies for a school staff, and this was by far the most popular of all. I did make one change: I used three cups of finely chopped pecans to roll the cookies in. These will be added to my regular cookie rotation! Thanks so much for this delicious recipe!

We thought this was really good and so I'm rating it a 5 even though next time I'll make a few changes. I accidentally overcooked my 23 meatballs, so I'll be more careful to check the temperature next time. I may go to a heaped scoop when measuring them so that they'll be just a bit bigger. The sauce, which I served over rice, is very tasty! I may want to thicken it just a little next time. Whatever the case, this will be a dish I'll make many times. Thank you for the recipe, France!
We loved this dish! I cut the recipe in half for the two of us, adding some capellini pasta as a side. I had to make a couple of adjustments, but they were nothing that would be different from the recipe requirements. The coating of the chicken is delicious! I loved the description of letting the egg drip back after the dunking! The only thing I might do differently next time would be to add a touch more white wine and heavy cream. We are so very excited to have our leftovers tonight! Thanks, Bibi!
