These turned out really well! Used 220g of bananas, only 1/2 cup of maple syrup and I used avacado oil instead of coconut oil. I found it filled my muffin cups about 7/8ths full and cooked perfectly at 22 minutes.
So decadent! I’ve been craving chocolate and this really hit the spot. I made a few substitutions. I used honey instead of agave syrup, walnuts instead of almonds, omitted the cacao nibs, and used Himalayan salt. I also didn’t have medjool dates, so I soaked my regular dates in hot water for 20 minutes, then drained them before adding to the blender.

Super tasty!!! I love sesame flavoured dishes and this one does not disappoint. I made it as a side dish, but it would work really well as a main with some chicken chunks and veggies tossed in it. I made a couple of changes. I used 4 Tbsp of peanut oil in place of the safflower oil. I also cut back the sugar to 4 Tbsp. I reduced the chilli paste by half, and added 1 tsp of puréed ginger as well. The box of linguine I had was 14oz, but for the amount of sauce I had left over I could have easily coated two boxes, so next time I will reduce the amount of each ingredient by half for one full box of pasta. My husband loved it so much he had three helpings. Thanks for a great recipe!
